OncoK9 is designed to fit in easily with the current paradigm of care, where most dogs are seeing their veterinarian on an annual basis. Screening using OncoK9 should be performed at regular intervals over time. OncoK9 is recommended as an annual screening test for all dogs starting at 7 years of age, and starting at younger ages for dogs belonging to breeds in which cancer tends to develop earlier in life.
