We have OncoK9 kits that contain expired components. Can we get a replacement?

Yes, if the kits were ordered directly from PetDx, we can send replacement kits. Please do not use any expired components. Please reach out to a member of our support team at help@petdx.com, or call 833-464-7297, or visit our website at support.petdx.com to submit a ticket with the details. We will send you replacement kits, and determine if the kits you have on hand need to be shipped back to us.


If you utilize OncoK9 through one of our diagnostic distribution partners (Antech or IDEXX), please reach out to their support team for supplies.
