We have OncoK9 kits that contain expired components. Can we get a replacement?

Yes, we can send a replacement. Please do not use any expired components. Please reach out to your PetDx Customer Success Manager, or contact a member of our support team at: help@petdx.com, or call 833-464-7297,


You can also visit our Support Portal and submit a ticket with the details at: support.petdx.com. We will send you replacement kits, and determine if the kits you have on hand need to be shipped back to us.

      We do not bill you when you place an order for OncoK9 kits. Invoices for samples that were successfully processed and reported out are generated at the end of each month. Invoices will be emailed to the account administrator.
