We submitted an OncoK9 sample to PetDx for processing, but my client has decided they no longer want the sample processed. How do I cancel the order?

If the request is received before the OncoK9 sample arrives and the sample reception team is able to intercept the sample during the accessioning process, we can set it aside and cancel the order. However, once the sample has been received by the lab and entered into our testing pipeline, the testing process cannot be stopped and the clinic will be billed.
